Rodeo Quality on the plates!

The name Longhorn Steakhouse is history: Since April 2018 you can experience authentic steak moments in "ranch quality" in the center of our Mainstreet. In the new RODEO-Steakhouse it tastes like meat enjoyment with an authentic feeling: Huge ranches with endless pastures, hearty gauchos and the smell of ribald grilled meat is in the nose. Together with our partner Servicebund we invite you on a culinary journey with meat specialties from the various Rodeo-countries.

COUNTRY OF ORIGIN, GRAZING & GRASS FEEDING

Our meat is exclusively imported from Argentina, Ireland, Uruguay and New Zealand. Strictly speaking, the animals are not fed. Rather, the animals simply eat what the pastures give, i.e. grass and herbs. This natural diet and the long distances the animals travel over the course of their lives give the meat its special character: firm in consistency and intense in taste.

Strict and consistent criteria

Reliable partners

In each country of origin, meat is sourced from only one, personally known producer. This ensures consistent meat quality and high transparency.

Complete traceability

All steps from birth, feeding, rearing, transport, slaughtering to portioning can be traced back completely.

Reliable cuts & maturity level

In each country, the cuts are precisely defined, so our customers can choose "their" favourite piece, which stands for ranch quality when optimally matured.

Well-known meat breeds

Only high-quality meat breeds are used, such as Angus & Herford cattle.

From the ranch onto the Plate!

1. From the ranch

Rodeo cattle usually spend their lives outdoors on pastures with a lot of juicy grass.

3. Cuting

In each country, the cuts are precisely defined, so our customers can choose "their" favourite piece, which stands for ranch quality when optimally matured.

5. Onto the plate

Rodeo products offer various possibilities: from small barbecue menus to complete restaurant concepts.

2. Breeders

Our personally known local partners ensure further processing according to rodeo ranch quality criteria.

4. Export

After portioning, the pieces are packed in special ripening bags and transported by ship or truck to Hamburg, depending on the country of origin.
